This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the cfloz website (cfloz.com) and its early-access request form. cfloz is a product of Enblock Limited, a company based in Hong Kong. Use of the cfloz application, once available, is covered by a separate notice provided in the product.
Who we are
Enblock Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data user responsible for the personal data described here. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy@enblock.net.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request early access, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, your role (for example business owner, accountant, or finance lead), and any notes you choose to add.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you. This comes from our hosting and analytics providers and their server logs.
We do not collect financial records, accounting data, or documents through this website.
How we use your information
- To respond to early-access requests and to contact you about the cfloz beta and launch.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the website.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We process this data on the basis of your consent (by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site. We will not sell your personal data.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics that measure aggregate traffic without cookies that track you across other websites. If we later enable a cookie-based analytics tool (such as Google Analytics), we will ask for your consent where the law requires it. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings.
Service providers we share data with
We share personal data only with the providers that help us run the website and manage early-access requests. Each acts as our processor and may store or process data outside Hong Kong.

Some of our providers operate outside Hong Kong, so your data may be transferred and processed in other jurisdictions. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.
Data retention
We keep early-access details until you ask us to remove them, or until they are no longer needed for the purposes above. To have your details removed, email privacy@enblock.net.
Your rights
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), and equivalent laws that may apply to you, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Send requests to privacy@enblock.net and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe, and in any event within 40 days as required by the PDPO.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here.
